UX/UI

UX/UI

User experience (UX) and interface (UI) are integral to a successful product or service. Although they are both needed to deliver an outstanding result, they are each uniquely different.

UX/UI

UI design refers to the visual elements a user will interact with when using a digital product. Buttons, scrollbars, graphics, or other interactive features are examples used in UI design to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

UX/UI

UX design focuses on creating a seamless, meaningful interaction between the user and the digital or physical product via an intuitive interface. A complete understanding of user needs is necessary before making a deliverable that provides value.

UX/UI

Creating a better, more usable final product requires a high-level knowledge of both UI and UX design – something the Golabs team can provide.

THE UX/UI DESIGN PROCESS

Our UX/UI designers have expansive experience designing, creating, and improving products across all industries. No matter whether we're developing a website, app, or other digital product, we'll ensure it provides a meaningful, relevant experience to your users.

THE UX/UI DESIGN PROCESS

At Golabs, we work collaboratively using a human-first approach to develop an aesthetically appealing product for your organization.

STEP

1

User Research

Designing a successful digital product is only possible with the proper foundation. By conducting in-depth user research, our UX designers are sure to create a user-friendly product that eliminates your user's pain points.

STEP

2

Product Ideation

Next, our UX designer will organize all the information gathered during the user research phase. Working with your key stakeholders, we'll start generating product ideas and identifying potential solutions.

STEP

3

Wireframing & Prototyping

We'll create wireframes to outline potential methods for displaying information to meet your user's needs and expectations. Our low-fidelity product mockups outline the overall design of your product before any coding begins.

STEP

4

User Testing

The UX designer's role in the project ends as initial user testing occurs. Using the results from the testing, we'll improve upon the original design and eliminate any unforeseen user difficulties.

STEP

5

Design

Our UI designers then enter the process of creating some user interface ideas. This project phase usually includes both UX and UI aspects, including information architecture, layout, and usability.

STEP

6

Prototyping

We'll create high-fidelity, interactive mockups using InVision, Justinmind, and Axure tools. We'll add content, branding, and style before presenting the prototypes to your key stakeholders for feedback.

STEP

7

User Testing

Further user testing occurs by our UI designers. We'll conduct questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and testing to determine how the user responds to the product and help identify any areas that need revising.

STEP

8

Product Launch

After completing any necessary changes to your high-fidelity user interface, we're ready to hand the final design to our team of developers. During the implementation phase, they'll code the product and have it go live.

STEP

9

Iteration

Product design is an ongoing process that ensures your product remains usable and relevant for the future. As we receive feedback on your product, we'll continue to improve the UX by constantly iterating your design.

Meaningful Work, Global Impact.
